How to place an order?

Ordering online is fast and convenient. You can put the items you like into your shopping cart and then select checkout to complete your purchase. At checkout you can choose your preferred shipping and payment method. You can choose to purchase items by creating an account or checking out as a guest. Once your order is complete, you'll see a confirmation on your screen and we'll send you an email with the details of your order.

I don’t want to create an account, can I still make a purchase?

sure! When placing your order, you have the option to check out as a guest. You will receive an email with your order, payment and tracking information.

I ordered the wrong size/color, what should I do?

If you order the wrong size or color online, we recommend that you return the original item and reorder the correct size or color.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once you place an order, we will process it as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order. You can apply for a return refund/refund only on the order page.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Due to the size and scope of our global product range, it is not possible for us to carry every product we produce in our complete range. Alternatively, you can contact our online customer service team and we will try our best to help you find the same or similar products.

We currently have no offline stores. You can purchase on our website and we can deliver to any address you choose.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Promotional codes are personalized codes with conditions, so it's worth checking the code's validity with the following tips:
1- It sounds simple, but first make sure you enter the relevant code in the field provided during the checkout process. The code has an expiration date and can only be used once, so make sure it's still valid.
2-The code is case sensitive. Your best bet is to enter the code manually. Copy/paste may not always work.
3- Make sure you don't combine the code with other promotions or codes.

delivery conditions

We offer a range of delivery options for receiving products purchased on our website. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs. We offer "Standard Delivery" and "Collection Point Delivery".

1. Standard delivery:
UK: Free on all orders over £50. The standard delivery fee for all orders under £50 is £4.50.
Ireland: Free standard delivery on all orders over €50. The standard delivery fee for all orders under €50 is €5.
Standard delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days
Standard deliveries will be made during opening hours (Monday to Saturday in the UK).
If you want to use the standard delivery service, you must select "Standard Delivery" at checkout.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays will be shipped from our warehouse the same day.
All other orders will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

2. Delivery at meeting point
UK: Free on all orders over £50. The standard collection point delivery fee is £4.50 for all orders under £50.
Ireland: Free on all orders, free on orders over €50. The standard collection point delivery fee for all orders under €50 is €5.
Collection point deliveries usually take place within 3 to 5 working days.
If you want to use the Collection Point delivery service, you must select "Collection Point" at checkout.
In all countries we deliver, delivery is not at a collection point. If there is no collection point delivery in your country, you will not be able to select this option during checkout.
Collection at the collection point is available 7 days a week but depends on the opening hours of the collection point.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM CEST on Business Sunday will be shipped from our warehouse the same day.
All other orders will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

3. Freight transportation
You can track the shipment of your product by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in your Shipping Confirmation Email. Please note that this link will take you to the operator's website, which is not under our control.

4. Other delivery terms
We aim to deliver within the time stated above, however, as goods are handled by a third party and are subject to the operator's local bank holidays, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We will not be able to change the shipping address on an order after checkout.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the product at the designated nominated delivery address, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mailbox.
Title to the Product and risk of loss pass to you while you own the Product.
All products come from our warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic.
Once the product has been delivered to our airline, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.
We only deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (including Isle of Man). We are not located in the British Overseas Territories, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and the British Forces Post Office, Lievenio, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino, the Netherlands Overseas Territories, the French Overseas Territories, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canada Delivery to the Nali Islands, Balearic Islands, Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Please note that you need to order from the same rural site you plan to ship to. For example, if you want to ship a product to Germany, you must order from our German website.

payment terms

1. Payment method

Payment must be made as indicated on your order prior to order submission.

Your product will be available after cleared payment. Payment method orders are shipped even before payment clears. If we do not receive payment of cleared funds within 30 days of the order date, your order will be cancelled.

 

2. Pay via credit/debit card

If you pay by credit or debit card, your card details must be provided when placing your order.

When placing an order, we will contact your card issuer to request that your card be used to pay for the products. We will not accept your order (and therefore we will not provide the Products to you) until the issuer of your credit or debit card has authorized the use of your card to pay for the Products ordered. When your credit or debit card issuer authorizes use of your card, the necessary funds will be held on your card until the purchase process is completed or canceled. However, your card isn't actually charged anything until the purchase process is complete. Even in the event of order cancellation, the authorization lasts from 3 to 7 days. In this case, no actual fees will be incurred and funds will eventually be released. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer for more information about their specific policies regarding verification.

3. Payment of APM
We usually collect order payment upon confirmation of shipment of the relevant product. However, if you prefer and select our alternative payment method (APMS) which requires upfront payment, we will charge payment upon order confirmation.

In the exceptional event that the product you ordered is not available and you have already paid via APM, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
